Job Title: Leadership - Director of Rehab Location: Haverhill, MA 01830 Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 13 weeks Domain: Healthcare Pay Rate: $55–$60/hr. W2 Application Deadline: [May 30 th , 2026] SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): LTC or Rehab experience - [Required] One of the following PT/OT/ST licenses - [REQUIRED] MA State License - [Required] Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting- [REQUIRED] Secondary (Good to Have): Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality POSITION OVERVIEW Provide leadership and oversight for the rehabilitation department by supervising interdisciplinary rehab staff and ensuring high-quality clinical operations. Support the development and implementation of clinical programs, maintain compliance with documentation and regulatory standards, and collaborate with facility leadership to achieve operational goals and deliver quality patient care.
