MT Or MLT

Schedule: Days, 3x12 6a-6:30p

Assignment Details: 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)
• Laboratory Certifications (ASCP, AMT)
• Must be proficient in phlebotomy
• Must be able to perform Blood Bank testing
• Microbiology experience preferred; must be able to perform gram stains, planting cultures, and blood cultures
• Proficient with Covid regulations (PPE, isolation rooms, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be able to work independently and communicate proficiently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory results
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Assist with training new staff as needed
