Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns. This position involves collaborating with obstetricians and midwives to ensure safe and personalized birthing experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to patients in a high-acuity setting.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, responding promptly to any issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and their families through labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition, procedures, and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate minimum of 2 years recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• Hold current certifications in BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Own reliable transportation for travel assignments.
• Include detailed work history and skills checklist with profile.
