As Sr. Supervisor, Security, you will be part of the Global Security Services (GSS) Special Programs Security department, supporting Special Access Programs (SAP). You will serve as the Lead Contractor Special Access Program (SAP) Security Officer (CSSO) for a specific program and supervise a team of early‑career security professionals. You will act as the program’s focal point for all security‑related matters, interfacing with industry and government security representatives to uphold government security policies and enable program leadership to execute objectives securely in fast‑paced, dynamic, deadline‑driven environments. What You Will Do Administer security procedures in accordance with applicable government policies such as 32CFRPart117 (NISPOM), DoDM5205.07, ICD705, and JSIG, as they relate to operating in a classified (SAP) environment. Supervise and manage a small team of security professionals, including scheduling, coaching, training, performance evaluation, and setting tasks and priorities. Collaborate with, receive direction from, and report relevant program security status to Security Manager(s). Evaluate security staffing and material resource needs and develop proposals. Partner with personnel across functional organizations to support business objectives. Develop, prepare, and implement program‑specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, transportation plans, test plans, and equivalent approvals. Conduct and participate in internal reviews and Government compliance inspections. Maintain and/or facilitate accreditation of secure facilities in line with ICD705 standards. Implement media control and material accountability processes in accordance with applicable government policies. Provide security oversight and management to subcontractors and suppliers via the DDForm254 or other contractual methods. Provide security oversight, education, and support to program leadership and employees. Oversee and/or process and upload Personnel Security (PERSEC) records and forms into government databases. Create and present Security Education, Awareness, and Training (SETA) materials, program indoctrination briefings, and security status updates to program leaders, employees, and customers. Serve as the primary representative and speaker for program security matters at meetings. Oversee and execute Visitor Management and escort procedures. Support the testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials. Investigate security incidents, such as infractions and violations, and prepare reports specifying potential loss or compromise and associated risk to the program. What You Will Learn Establish new programs and secure facilities from the ground up. Gain hands‑on exposure to all aspects of SAP program security management. Learn how Raytheon competes for and executes contracts from various government and industry customers. Qualifications You Must Have University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3years of experience. Experience with 32CFRPart117 (NISPOM), DoDM5205.07, DoDM5200.1 series, 5105.21 series, SEAD3, SEAD4, or ICD705. Experience managing and supervising teams and small projects. Valid driver’s license. U.S. citizenship required. Active and transferable Top Secret DoD security clearance required on day1. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of 32CFRPart117 (NISPOM) and DoDM5205.07. National security experience. Relevant training with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE), including Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
