Currently seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist for a part-time temporary position in Burlington, MA.
Responsibilities of Part-Time Payroll Specialist include:
-Process payroll bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
-Create new hire paperwork
-Provide support to new hire enrollments
-Maintain, file, and scan HR and personnel files
-Coordinate day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs
-Perform benefits administration tasks including new hire orientation, open enrollment, and retirement plan processes
-Support the annual open enrollment process for benefits
-Assist employees with general HR and payroll questions
-Administer Company policies and procedures
-Perform other general HR and administrative tasks
Requirements of Part-Time Payroll Specialist
-Must have ADP Workforce Now Experience
-Benefits administration experience a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Great computer skills
-Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Hours: 20 hours per week with flexibility in scheduled hours
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr based on experience
