Learning Specialist

To support the Senior Health Solutions Service team, the full-time Business Learning Specialist will facilitate engaging virtual training experiences, collaborate with business partners to ensure training alignment with objectives, and drive employee performance and retention in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate engaging virtual learning experiences for new hires and existing associates Deliver training content with energy and professionalism while adapting to diverse learner needs Evaluate learner performance and recommend improvements to training materials and delivery methods Required qualifications Experience supporting Medicare Supplement products and related operational processes Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence positive outcomes Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
