Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions such as filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
• Follow instructions and operate within standard procedures.
• Support team objectives and demonstrate effective decision-making relevant to the role.
• Rotate across different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with basic production tasks, techniques, and procedures.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as FDA or ISO-certified facilities.

Skills & Certifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different tasks.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work under supervision and within defined guidelines.
