Application Analyst I (941721) Application Analyst I - (941721) Job Summary This is an entry level position within the HSIR team. The candidate will support Epic Resilute Hospital Billing and related modules, providing revenue cycle front, middle, and back workflow support. The analyst will play a key role in designing, building, implementing, and supporting workflows related to charge router, charge review, and credit card reader processes. This entry level position requires obtaining a status of Proficient from Epic in the specific modules. In addition to supporting Epic, the analyst will provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and support for mission critical HSIR systems, offer on-call after‑hours support, maintain competency on pertinent applications, and participate in system maintenance, issue resolution, enhancement development, project participation, and version upgrades. The analyst will follow change management procedures for all system changes. Job Duties Provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and support for mission critical HSIR systems. Provide on‑call after‑hours support. Develop and maintain competency on pertinent applications and technologies within a specified timeframe. Participate in system maintenance by utilizing analytical skills for issue resolution, enhancement development, project participation, and version upgrades with oversight. Follow change management procedure for any system changes. Assist in testing of new applications and changes to existing applications, ensuring data integrity and quality, and provide or assist in training of system users. Assist in developing appropriate process and policy documentation. Manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with guidance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer science, or other field. Licenses & Certifications: HIT Health Information Technology Certification upon hire.
