Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr HR Manager Location/Onsite Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join their team and help manage HR functions in an impactful and strategic way. Competitive salary, $95,000-$110,000, based on experience Generous PTO and holiday policies Employee development and growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment A Day in the Life of the HR Manager In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR practices within the organization. You will play a key part in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and ensuring HR compliance with applicable regulations. Your contributions will help create a positive and productive workplace environment, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals Serving as the point of contact for employees and management on HR issues Managing the recruitment process from posting jobs to hiring candidates Overseeing effective onboarding processes for new employees Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations Implementing performance management systems, including performance appraisals and improvement plans Administering compensation and benefits programs Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Preparing HR reports and updates for leadership and regulatory agencies Continuously improving HR processes and systems Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus About the Hiring Company: Our client is a well-established organization known for providing high-quality services and creating a supportive work environment.
