Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare andmaintain accurate financial records and business transactions inaccordance with GAAP.
- Daily Accounting Functions: Execute journalentries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist withclosing processes, including preparation of financial statements andsupporting schedules.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depthfinancial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights forstrategic planning.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file federal,state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable lawsand regulations.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with externalauditors and tax advisors, and assist in the annual audit process.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, andsystems to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate timely and accuratefinancial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatoryauthorities.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or arelated field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financialreporting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, andproblem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment.
