Weekday OT Lead Patient Rehab & Supervision

Jackson Creek Post Acute is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist supervisor for Weekdays. You will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to implement care plans. You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students, participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and staff training to ensure high-quality rehab services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
