Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1,815 per week in Independence, MO

Key Responsibilities
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments on an inpatient rehab unit (16 beds) within a Level 2 Trauma Center
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
Utilize rehab gym equipment and standard rehabilitation supplies in the delivery of patient care
Document patient care using the

Meditech EMR

system
Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 4-5:1 on the rehab unit
Participate in weekend rotation (approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks), with flex days off on weekdays when working weekends
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• candidates without licensure will not be considered
  Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
  Ability to fulfill a 12-week travel assignment
  Preferred Experience / Skills
  Experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
  Familiarity with rehab gym equipment and standard inpatient rehab procedures
