Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,815 per week in Independence, MO

Key Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments across acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings
Manage patient caseloads with ratios of approximately 12:1 in acute care and 4-5:1 in inpatient rehab
Utilize safe patient handling equipment and standard rehabilitation equipment
Document patient care using the

Meditech

electronic documentation system
Float between acute care and rehabilitation units as needed to support staffing coverage
Adhere to facility dress code requirements (eggplant-colored scrubs)
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license

• must be valid and in good standing
  Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
  Ability to work one weekend shift every 6 weeks
  Ability to float between acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units
  Preferred Experience / Skills
  Prior experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
  Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic medical record systems
  Experience with safe patient handling equipment and standard rehab modalities
