The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Line Of BusinessTD WealthJob DescriptionThe US Wealth Operations Specialist I is an introductory role to Wealth that performs specialized operational tasks in support of one or more US Wealth Management lines of business.Depth & ScopePerforms basic administrative support tasks while maintaining excellent quality in reporting and responding to clients both internal and externalIs competent in at least one core Wealth Systems (Tracker, Netx360, FIS Trust Desk) as well as other role specific systems (Fidelity, Lotus Notes, Transtar among others) as neededPerform basic processingEnsures transactions are confirmed and entered in system, according to established policies and procedures for each type of transactionResolves problems with transactions by communicating directly with client facing advisors, clients and 3rd parties advisorsWith oversight Prepares detailed information and reports on transactions and accounts as neededProvides direction and answers to basic questions as neededAdheres to established quality standards for all work performedSupports Trackers / Phones/ email to advise and assist client facing CSA'sAccountabilities are of moderate complexity and scope and performed under general management supervision.Review basic reconciliation breaksEducation & ExperienceUndergraduate Degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years related experience requiredA minimum of SIE & Series 99 registration is required; If hired without licenses, candidate will need to acquire within a defined period outlined at time of hireKnowledge of accounting entries and proceduresKnowledge of trust operations processesStrong arithmetic skillsStrong organizational skillsTime management skillsAttention to detailInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills, both verbal and writtenPC skillsWho We AreTD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
