Job Overview Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor — Pay Rate: $21.00 /Hourly. As an Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team and make an impact by keeping our ecommerce operations running smoothly. You'll oversee daily warehouse activities, support associates, and ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. We're looking for a strong leader who enjoys coaching others, building a great team, and driving operational success through teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise daily ecommerce warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Lead, coach, and train warehouse associates to achieve productivity and service goals. Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards. Monitor workflow, assign daily tasks, and support operational efficiency. Ensure proper handling and movement of products using warehouse equipment. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory processes. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely. Partner with leadership and other teams to support business needs. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of warehouse experience required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with computers and material handling equipment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
