Physician Recruiter

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated Physician Recruiter to join our Chesterfield team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted recruitment partner to healthcare organizations, leading physician and advanced practice provider searches and connecting clinical talent with communities in need. Leveraging our innovative sourcing tools, established resources, and industry expertise, you’ll help clients solve critical staffing challenges while building a rewarding career that offers uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do: Partner with healthcare leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies Lead physician and APP search engagements from intake to placement Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and recruitment updates Source, engage, and qualify physician and APP candidates through targeted outreach and networking Conduct candidate interviews and assess overall fit Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing materials Travel for onsite client visits (30% annually) What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of recruiting experience required; physician or healthcare recruiting experience preferred Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills Confidence and resilience in proactive cold outreach, including phone calls and emails Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies Stable employment history with strong professional references Why You’ll Love It Here: Named a Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare annually since 2016, Jackson Physician Search offers a collaborative, high-performing culture that rewards initiative, growth, and success.
