Fluence is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Manager (Workday) to lead global HRIS and Americas HR operations, with hands‑on Workday configuration, security, and upgrades. The role partners with Insights, Payroll, Benefits, and CoEs to optimize data quality and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring 5–9+ years in Workday HRIS, strong analytics, and leadership to drive system improvements and reporting.
