About the Role

Eastside Exterminators looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter who's ready to own hiring from requisition to start date, and who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves on the HR side, too. About 80% of your time will go to recruiting; the other 20% will support onboarding, HRIS upkeep, and day-to-day people operations. There is the possibility of going hybrid after 90 days in our HQ office. If you like variety, move fast, and care about giving candidates and new hires a great experience, this is a good fit.

What You'll Do

Recruiting (approx. 80%)

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for 2-10 open roles at a time across the organization
• Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and realistic timelines
• Write and post job descriptions that are compliant with Washington pay transparency requirements
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops; keep candidates informed at every stage
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (APS Hire) and report on time-to-fill, source of hire, and funnel metrics
• Extend and negotiate offers; run background checks and reference checks
• Build talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles

HR Administration (approx. 20%)

• Occasionally assist with new-hire onboarding: I-9/E-Verify, paperwork, system access, first-week scheduling
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Workday) and ensure data accuracy for payroll and benefits
• Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) and support offboarding
• Help administer benefits enrollment and answer first-line employee questions
• Assist with HR projects: engagement surveys, policy updates, employee events, and handbook maintenance

What You Bring

Required

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year running full-cycle searches independently
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Familiarity with basic employment law and hiring compliance (EEO, I-9, pay transparency)
• Strong organization and follow-through; you can juggle multiple requisitions and admin deadlines without dropping the ball
• Clear, professional communication with candidates, employees, and managers at all levels
• Discretion with confidential information
• Willing to travel to our Oregon offices as needed 
  
  
  

Preferred

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• HR administration or coordinator experience (onboarding, HRIS, benefits)
• Experience recruiting for pest control or similar field
• Working knowledge of Washington-specific employment requirements
