Recruiter

Our client is a nonprofit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking to hire a self-sufficient Recruiter to support the team during this busy period. The Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recruitment experience handling full cycle recruiting and possess a good knowledge of sourcing tools/techniques. Responsibilities

• Complete full cycle recruitment.
• Develop, facilitate, implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Partner with the hiring manager to identify requirements and understand business needs.
• Attend /participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions. Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Responsible for new hire orientation & onboarding.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication and salary expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle
• Communicating clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings is required.
• Assist with job posting and advertising.
• Develop knowledge of the NGO and international development sector.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as organization policies.
