Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life cycle management including conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Effectively manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Identify and manage potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep them informed about project progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare status reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends. Strong skills in budgeting, contract management, and time management. Excellent ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Exceptional negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Proficient in project management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
