Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Following all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
