Assistant Managers (Hourly/Shift Leaders)

As we grow fast across the country, we're looking for Assistant Managers (Hourly/Shift Leaders) who are ready to step up, lead the team, and make a real impact every shift. This isn't just a job it's a launching pad for your restaurant leadership career. You'll be right there in the action, running the floor, setting the vibe, and making sure every Guest leaves with a full belly and a smile.
What You'll Be Rockin' on the Daily:
- Run high-energy, smooth shifts alongside your fellow leaders
- Support Team Members with coaching, training, and hands-on guidance
- Lead by example set the tone for service, hospitality, and cleanliness
- Jump on the line, greet Guests, prep food wherever the team needs you
- Handle shift-based operations: cash handling, food safety, labor control, and more
- Make quick decisions, solve problems, and keep the team moving forward
- Keep the restaurant looking sharp and running tight
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, proactive leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable respectfully and clearly
- Strong communicator who stays cool under pressure
- Passion for food, people, and great service
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
