Job Overview Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to grantee holders in contract and grant preparation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Make recommendations for contract/grant approval to supervisory staff, including billing practices and best practices
- Manage grantee fiscal administration including budget review, approval, and reimbursement
- Ensure all program quantitative data is updated and accurate
- Oversee program areas and identify opportunities to expand services
- Schedule and manage tasks effectively across multiple program areas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract/grant work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational, multitasking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Background experience with employment grants
- Familiarity with AOSOS and IGX systems
