Urology Gynecology Sales Manager- Detroit, MI
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager in Detroit, MI to lead specialty-focused adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems. The role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing market strategy, and deepening surgeon adoption across urology and gynecology specialties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute specialty sales strategy to exceed urology and gynecology performance goals
- Build, lead, and manage high-performing sales team focused on procedure adoption
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers on joint account planning and market strategies
- Drive training pipeline for new surgeon adoption in targeted specialties
- Analyze market trends and specialty performance to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years clinical sales management
- In-depth knowledge of operating room environment
- Ability to live in or relocate to Detroit, MI area
- Sales strategy development and market analysis expertise
- Team leadership and talent development experience
- Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
