Territory Manager (Medical Device / Surgical) - Detroit MI
Position Summary
Our client a market leading medical device company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager for their Field-Based Sales team located in Detroit MI. This position will focus on driving sales and supporting innovative technologies used in the Operating Room / acute care hospitals within the designated territory. The territory covers metro Detroit: south to Dearborn west to Novi and north to include the Thumb Region.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the region.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers highlighting the benefits and clinical value of the companys solutions.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to keep competitive and meet performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications - Bachelors Degree & clean Motor Vehicle Record (past 3 years)
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in outside / field based B2B sales or the healthcare industry sales.
- Documented track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships effectively.
- Live in Metro Detroit.
Salary & Benefits - Annual salary: $83000with uncapped commission. $193000 at plan. (Top reps making $400K)
