Automotive Customer Service Representative

Working remotely, the part-time Automotive Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries using web-based tools, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns Handle caseloads as required and de-escalate any issues effectively Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based applications
