We are hiring two Lead PLM roles in Global Accessories. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be joining our Global Accessories offense as part of the wider Accessories Product Management team, working with key partners across Design, Development, Merchandising, Sourcing/Costing, Demand Planning, and Operations. You will also connect frequently with the wider Sport community in Apparel, Footwear, Sports Marketing, and Geo partners. You will report to the Product Director of Global Accessories and collaborate with the Sport offense teams – entrepreneurial individuals who think creatively, adapt quickly, and embody the irreverent mindset that defines Nike to bring the athlete* uniform to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Line Manager with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and a keen interest in Headwear/Socks. You will bring a proven track record of delivering year-over-year business results, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage high workloads. You will help create the Product Strategy and then guide cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Design, Development, and global teams through the creation process. Being curious is a must as you’ll take athlete*/consumer insights and translate them into compelling seasonal product strategies and briefs, drive accountability to key milestones, and bring market-leading products to life that meet financial, quality, and innovation goals. Above all, you should be a resourceful, adaptable teammate with a passion for serving athletes* and building strong partnerships across the Nike.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. 

• A minimum of 6 years experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.

• Drives the product vision across the full value chain, from concept to market.

• Confident storyteller that clearly communicates vision and strategy to key stakeholders.

• Serves as a collaborative teammate and mentor, fostering excellence within the team.

• Identifies problems and opportunities from consumer insights as well as process and operations, proactively offering solutions to drive business forward.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to innovate across product, process and tools.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a part of the Global Accessories product creation team, you’ll be responsible for creating and commercializing headwear chassis. This role involves leading and owning all aspects of the product creation process, ensuring profitability while delivering innovative solutions to meet athlete* needs. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense. They will collaborate with Global Accessories product management partners, merchandising, design, development, and sourcing from line planning through final product approval. They will research products, athletes*, and the marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners. The candidate will deliver on key dates and hold themselves accountable to be a great teammate.

• Be the voice of the athlete*, keeping a pulse on their needs and relevant trends with an emphasis on Accessories (Headwear/Socks).

• Create impactful presentations to hand over our line to Product Management and Merchandising partners at both the Global and Geo levels.

• Help complete the uniform of the athlete* with a focus on sport innovation.
