Job Description
Front desk duties include but not limited to answering phones and scheduling appointments, obtain their personal information such as demographics and insurance information. Private and Medicaid Insurance verification, collect co-pays and deductibles, prepared paperwork, checks faxes and uploads documents to patient chart. Processing outbound referrals to specialists, submitting lab orders to lab, and radiology referrals, etc.

We offer: 6 Paid Holidays, (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) PTO: after 90 day probationary period employees are eligible for accrued PTO hours., and 1 week sick pay401K after completion of 1000 hours of service in a 12 month period.
We offer medical, dental and vision insurance after 90 day probationary period.PART TIME ALSO AVAILABLE- WITH A MINIMUM OF 24 HRS (BENEFITS DO NOT APPLY)
Job Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of related front desk experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical billing is a plus have reliable transportation.Skill
