HCM Data AnalystThe Data Analyst plays a key role in data analysis and interpretation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that monitor and improve program and operational performance. This position actively promotes self-service analytics to enhance data adoption and understanding across the organization. The Data Analyst contributes significantly to defining business requirements for new analyses and conducts ad-hoc analysis to address complex business needs.
