Job Description:

We're seeking a System Automation Administrator to support enterprise systems, automate IT processes, and help maintain a reliable, secure infrastructure. This role offers a mix of systems administration, scripting, cloud technologies, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Support Windows server and cloud environments.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot server, system, and network issues.
• Assist with system upgrades, patching, and backups.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Recommend improvements to increase system efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5 years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience automating IT processes.
• Basic API knowledge.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, or cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Interest in systems and infrastructure administration.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Network+, Server+, Cloud+, or Security+ certifications.
• Experience with virtualization or hybrid cloud environments.
