Job Description:
We're seeking a System Automation Administrator to support enterprise systems, automate IT processes, and help maintain a reliable, secure infrastructure. This role offers a mix of systems administration, scripting, cloud technologies, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Support Windows server and cloud environments.
- Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot server, system, and network issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, and backups.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Recommend improvements to increase system efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5 years of PowerShell scripting experience.
- Experience automating IT processes.
- Basic API knowledge.
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, or cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Interest in systems and infrastructure administration.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Network+, Server+, Cloud+, or Security+ certifications.
- Experience with virtualization or hybrid cloud environments.
