Job DescriptionPart-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members. Available ShiftsMonday morning and afternoonWednesday morning and afternoonFriday 12-3pm QualificationsExcellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skillsPrevious customer service, sale or related experience requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeFun, friendly and flexible individualWilling to work as a team player ResponsibilitiesResponds to member and guest needs contributing to member retentionPromotes memberships and programsBuild relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCACirculate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations. Rate of Pay$11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience) *** Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
