Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician to join a growing apartment community. If you have a strong eye for detail, take pride in your work, and enjoy preparing apartment homes for new residents, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Repair and replace fixtures, hardware, and appliances as needed
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Ensure every apartment is clean, functional, and move-in ready
- Assist with service requests and general property maintenance
- Work closely with the maintenance and management teams to meet move-in deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment make-ready experience required
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance installation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
