SwiftTalent Partners is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians for Austin-area apartment communities. This hands-on role focuses on HVAC service while also supporting general maintenance, resident service requests, and apartment turns.

What You'll Do

· Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems, thermostats, filters, coils, and related components.

· Complete apartment service requests involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware.

· Perform preventive maintenance, equipment checks, inspections, and safety-related repairs.

· Support vacant apartment turns; make-ready timelines, final inspections, and curb appeal needs.

· Communicate professionally with residents, managers, vendors, and maintenance team members.

· Record work orders, parts used, supply needs, and unit status in the property management system.

· Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent or emergency maintenance issues when assigned.

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of apartment maintenance or HVAC service experience preferred.

· EPA/HVAC certification required for assignments involving refrigerant handling; HVAC certification strongly preferred.

· Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

· Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and basic hand tools may be required by assignment.

Schedule / Physical Requirements: Schedule may include on-call rotation, weekends, emergency response, and overtime. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, work indoors/outdoors, and perform physical maintenance tasks in Austin weather conditions.
