Property maintenance and repair tech

Westdale Asset Management

A property management company is seeking a Service Technician II for a 212-unit apartment community in Austin. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues such as HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in property maintenance and must possess Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
