Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Range: $30 Shift: Days (03:00-05:00) What's the Job? Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production equipment to ensure optimal operation. Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls maintenance tasks following safety standards. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance quality. Assist in the development and updating of equipment-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support production teams by providing technical expertise and training on equipment operation and maintenance. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. 3-5 years of electrical or industrial maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical schematics and technical drawings. Experience with automated production equipment, sensors, motors, and pneumatics.
