Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They embrace a fast‑paced environment where technology innovations and customer needs evolve continuously, building new and deepening existing relationships with customers. Job Responsibilities Serving and selling to our customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty. Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding. Completing training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Maximizing time on shift by consistently seeking information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology. Partnering with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required). 30 days T‑Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred). Travel Required: No DOT & Safety DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
