Job Title: Project Coordinator (Launch Specialist) Duration: 3 Months (Contract) Job Description About the Team The Platform Innovation team leads the strategy, launch, and scaling of Client emerging initiatives for its white-label restaurants business. About the Role Client is seeking a Launch Specialist to travel to restaurant locations, onboard merchants to Client products, and enhance their overall experience throughout their lifecycle on the platform. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver an exceptional merchant onboarding experience. The Launch Specialist reports to the Onboarding Lead within the Platform Operations organization. This is a partially remote, partially in-office, and travel-intensive position, requiring regular travel to merchant locations within your assigned region and across the United States. Key Responsibilities Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their overall platform experience. Develop and execute merchant onboarding strategies that create a seamless onboarding process. Perform hands‑on, in‑store training for merchant staff on new platform features and tools. Create merchant training materials to support product adoption and user understanding. Learn Client software configuration and oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS solutions. Identify opportunities to improve merchant workflows, increase product adoption, and maximize revenue. Deliver immediate results while adapting to an evolving business environment. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company's growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, hospitality, or a related field. Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time. Excellent customer service and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
