From world renowned skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, wildlife viewing, and endless outdoor recreation throughout the warmer months, there's always something new to discover in heart of the American West.ResponsibilitiesThe Banquet Server serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This includes each selection's, origin, taste, and preparation method.Have a passion for food and wine and exceptional service.Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table.Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the Banquet Manager or kitchen.Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.Greet guests in a professional manner and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.Plate, prepare and serve food.Assist with set-up and breakdown of banquet events.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities.
