Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operational Support Coordinator for a 6+ month contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This position is fully onsite.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role will primarily provide administrative and workflow support for a Supervision team. The ideal candidate will use independent judgment to coordinate recurring business processes, maintain reporting tools, and support the team using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational, administrative, and workflow support for a Supervision team
• Use independent judgment to make appropriate decisions on next steps
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Coordinate recurring business processes
• Maintain reporting and tracking tools

Primary Requirements:

• 1+ years of direct or similar experience
• Confirmed strong attention to detail, analytical and reasoning skills
• Proficiency with office skills such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to work in new systems

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in the finance industry or a compliance role
• Licensing such as SIE or other
