Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HDD and microtunneling projects including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Develop budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability
• Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
• Review bore designs, geotechnical data, and utility information to mitigate risk
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor production, alignment accuracy, and drilling performance
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of trenchless construction experience (HDD and/or microtunneling)
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, slurry systems, and guidance methods
• Ability to interpret plans, bore profiles, and geotechnical reports
• Proficiency with project management and estimating tools
