As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Marshall, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions, observations, and actions taken according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and support the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries on site.
• Assist with incident documentation, communication with site contacts, and follow-up on policy-related concerns involving restricted areas, equipment zones, and after-hours activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
