Locations: Arlington, Irving & Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: Commission-based | 25% Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential

Precision Exteriors is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our sales team throughout the Fort Worth, Irving, and Arlington areas.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more control over what they earn. Instead of being limited by an hourly wage, you’ll earn 25% commission on every completed sale — with no cap on your earning potential.

Never worked in home-improvement sales? That’s okay.

We’ll train you.

We’re looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and drive. We’ll provide the sales training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

As a Precision Exteriors Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Canvas neighborhoods to generate new customers
• Build relationships with homeowners and businesses
• Introduce customers to Precision Exteriors’ home-service solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Schedule estimates and guide customers through the sales process
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Professionally represent Precision Exteriors in the community

What You’ll Sell

Precision Exteriors provides homeowners with a variety of exterior services, including:

• Window Cleaning
• Pressure Washing
• Gutter Cleaning
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Screen Repair & Replacement
• Landscaping
• Holiday Lighting
• Additional exterior home services

That means you’ll have multiple opportunities to solve customers’ needs — and multiple services to sell.
