Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nightingale at Monticello team in Monticello, Arkansas. Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate
Report any changes or concerns to registered nurses or other healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
