Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, providing management and coaching support to a team of sales associates, and maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience. This individual will also work closely with the other members of the Columbus management team to ensure a superb customer experience and cultivate a cohesive team environment. This position requires successful multi-tasking in a busy environment.A successful candidate will have:Sales Management experience, preferably in a massage studio, or salon/spa environment.Ability to increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling of services.Track record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.Previous experience hiring and/or developing staff preferred. Must have a team-oriented philosophy and leadership style.Basic familiarity with business financials, cash reconciliation and performance reportingStrong analytical ability and aptitude for learning.Comfort level with basic software packages.Transportation throughout the Columbus and Dayton area to attend meetings, events, and expos as needed.
