Saving Sight is seeking a Laboratory Processing Supervisor to support our Vital Tears program. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong laboratory knowledge with a passion for coaching others and creating a positive, high-performing team environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the team directly by working alongside employees, providing real-time coaching, and helping resolve operational challenges.
• Coach, develop, and support employees through training, one-on-one meetings, team huddles, performance feedback, and ongoing skill development.
• Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting regulatory requirements, and promoting adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by managing schedules and staffing needs, monitoring inventory, supporting process improvements, and partnering with leadership to enhance team performance and efficiency.

• Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Brings experience in laboratory, biologics, medical, surgical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments; experience working with aseptic technique, sterile processes, or clean-room operations is a plus.
