Job Opportunity: Speech Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver personalized care to patients in their homes throughout Western Colorado. In this position, you will:
- Evaluate disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing.
- Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each patient.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment and progress.
- Document patient advancements and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Joining our patient-focused and community-oriented team will allow you to foster meaningful relationships, promote patient independence, and enhance your clinical expertise in a supportive and collaborative setting.
