Berks Community Health Center is searching for a dedicated family physician for our Reading location. In this position you will work with patients of all ages, patients who appreciate your work and dedication. As a family physician, you will be proactive in building relationships and recommend external specialists when patients require treatment outside of your medical purview. We offer state and federal loan repayment programs to supplement your competitive salary and superior benefit package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance. We offer a lot of flexibility, including having the option of working four (4) - 10-hour days in lieu of the standard five-day work week.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, community-based setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, promoting health and wellness, and playing a crucial role in improving the overall health of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Support and mentor clinical staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
