Position Overview Part‑time Assembly Technician in Stow, OH and surrounding areas. Assemble bikes, grills, patio furniture for Walmart Supercenter stores. Follow safety and quality procedures. Optionally wear mask and sanitize hands as required. Paid by piece rate: start average $18+, can reach $40+ per hour with volume and speed. Health insurance after 90 days of employment and at least 30 hours per week. Responsibilities Assemble bikes, grills, patio sets according to Walmart specifications. Follow safety and quality requirements in a store environment. Maintain and track tools and parts inventory. Communicate with store managers and team members. Qualifications Clean background check and U.S. citizenship. Good mechanical skills and prior assembly experience with bikes, grills, patio furniture, lawn & garden equipment. Own working smartphone with email address. Valid driver’s license. Own reliable and insured vehicle. Able to lift 50 lbs. Basic tools to start (see list below). Willing to wear mask in store when required. Honest, professional, respectful, with strong English communication skills.
