The Account Support Representative is responsible for establishing trusting customer relationships and provides support to pre-assigned key accounts for the full order to cash cycle. Major Areas of Responsibility Provide account management support to pre-assigned key accounts. Secures orders and generates sales of products and services. Work with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships. Champion the customer experience for the full order to cash cycle. Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy for shipping and billing. Execute proactive techniques to keep customers engaged. Partner with the outbound sales team on complex opportunities. Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly. Proactively manage order delays, back orders and any other order related issues. Collaborate with Operations for special requests. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills The ability to effectively set and manage multiple priorities as well as strong time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service skills; good listener, excellent follow-up. and follow through and willing to support and help others. Diligent, efficient, motivated, extremely well organized and proactive Analytical mindset when facing complex issues. Required Experience 1-3 successful years in a customer facing role All candidates must successfully complete a drug test and background check.
