Your Role

As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that every part produced at Master Machining meets or exceeds customer and industry standards. You’ll inspect precision components, perform detailed measurements, and uphold the standards that define our company’s reputation for excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to verify part compliance
• Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or comparable inspection equipment when applicable
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Collaborate with machinists and leadership to resolve quality concerns
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to ISO 9000 standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a machining or manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 or similar quality systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed
